It has been awhile since we have shown an OEM model (It is still rather annoying there there is really no way to identify these).
The little factory that could, pushing out amazing miniatures of some amazing cars. We have featured their Pagani, a couple of Ferraris, some Lamborghinis, and many others. Things have been somewhat quiet of late, but they will return with a bang in a few weeks when they reveal the 6-car Ferrari F12Berlinetta set. I think Daboxtoys is getting ready for a rush on those once they are released.
So to prepare for the F12 release, here is one of our favorite OEM models that we yet to show on the blog. We have shown the OEM Porsche before, but this particular model was done as a Daboxtoys exclusive. They decided to get a little creative and did the Porsche in Gulf colors. Obviously not an official Gulf livery, but a beautiful model nonetheless.
But we don't need to say much about it. The photos surely do the talking.
What we will say is that there are a few left for sale at Daboxtoys, and when I told owner Felix that I was going to feature this, he decided to take a little over 20% off the normal price and offer it at $12.50, which is a fantastic price for a model that is numbered at less than 300 pieces.
