Don't miss out! The Lamley Sale at Wheel Collectors ends tomorrow...

Friends, we just wanted to give you a heads up, in case you were waiting to the last minute.

The huge Lamley Sale at Wheel Collectors ends tomorrow afternoon.

We know so many of you have taken advantage of the sale, whether it was to fill holes in the collection, stock up on real rider wheels for customs, or whatever.  Prices on most of these is lower than anywhere else, including retail stores.

So don't miss out.  Follow the link below and see if there is anything else worth adding to the collection before the sale ends.

Good luck and thanks everyone!

The Lamley Sale at Wheel Collectors just got insane...

The last Lamley Sale at Wheel Collectors was a smashing success.  We have watched as many of you took advantage of the sale and bought many models you may have missed, or a stash of wheel donors for your customs, or just to buy some new sets.

The prices have been fantastic, and we have been thrilled to help Wheel Collectors get the word out.  They have been Lamley supporters since the blog's infancy, and in out humble opinion there is no seller out there better at helping you fill those holes in your collection.

But now it just got crazy.

Wheel Collectors has decided to more than DOUBLE the amount of cars available in the Lamley Sale.  And these are not run-of-the-mill pegwarmers.  These are all premium Hot Wheels models, and most are cheaper than what you can find in the store (if they are even still in the store).

There are a few that actually are finding a little hard to believe they added, like the very-popular '83 Silverado 4x4 from the Off-Road Series, the Boulevard Ford GT LM and Subaru BRAT, among others.  You can see all the models available here:

So go grab what you can, and if we have one suggestion, buy in bulk.  Wheel Collectors combined shipping rates are second to none, and you won't see these prices on these models in the future.

And customizers?  Is there a better opportunity to get those wheels you need for your next project?  Probably not.

Have fun everyone...

Surprise!! Hot Wheels 2014 Basic Batch L, Pop Culture Grateful Dead is now out at Wheel Collectors...

We always love when these calls come in.  Matt over at Wheel Collectors just let us know that the train has rolled in, and there are many goodies ripe for the picking...

It always starts with the Hot Wheels Mainline, and 2014 Batch L is in.  There are quite a few great models in this batch, including the topless Stingray Vette, Mooneyes Beetle, bright blue Aventador J, and El Camino TH.  But if you know Lamley, you know we go batty for the Greenwood Corvette, so we are thrilled to see it in this batch.  And even more thrilled to see it as the Super TH.  You can find all the L case models here:

As great as the L Case models are, however, they have been upstaged with Pop Culture Batch R.  It is very rare that we get excited about the Pop Culture series.  The models are always nice, and the castings some of the best Hot Wheels has done, but the deco and themes really don't bread our butter.

Until this set.

We don't want to overuse superlatives, but the Grateful Dead set is mind-blowing.  It starts with the artwork, and finishes with the models.  The VW T1 Panel Bus alone makes this set worth it.  In fact, we have only seen the Panel Bus don a Reese's Pieces and Wolfman outfit, but suddenly it is completely in its element.  VW Bus with Grateful Dead deco?  Shit man, that's a winner.

Right now, Wheel Collectors is the only ebay seller with these in hand.  They will be hot, so grab them now by following the link:

And with these models out, remember the Wheel Collectors' Lamley Sale is still going on, so couple a few L Case and Grateful Dead models with some Lamley Deals, and take advantage of the cheap shipping.  The Lamley Deals are here:

We have you pretty well covered, eh?

From the Lamley Sale @ Wheel Collectors: Hot Wheels Off-Road Racing Sandblaster & Custom Ford Bronco...

As you hopefully know, the Lamley Group has teamed up with our friends at Wheel Collectors to help them thin out their Hot Wheels Real Riders inventory.  Right now they are offering 33 "Lamley Deals", all Hot Wheels Real Riders models, and all at the cheapest price you can find anywhere.  We bought a few and decided to showcase them in case you are on the fence about purchasing.  If you decide to purchase some, follow the link below:

I still have no idea why the Sandblaster is called the Sandblaster and not the Ford Raptor.  It isn't like the Sandblaster is a non-licensed model that resembles a Raptor.  It actually has the word "Ford" molded into the front grill just like the real Raptor.

And I wish I would have noticed that awhile ago when many of best-looking Sandblasters were on the pegs, including this hard-to-find Off-Road Racing version.  Thankfully Wheel Collectors added it to their Lamley Sale and I was able to get one to show off.

And with it came the Custom Ford Bronco.  I am not as fond of this casting as others, but it seemed prudent that if I were to have any version, the premium Off-Road version would suffice.

So here are our pics, to help those of you who still are thinking about picking them up.  In the case of these two, I would...

(Find both at the Lamley Sale at Wheel Collectors...)
